Athletes participating in this training package will go through a progressive strength program. Each program is individualized to the athlete’s age, sport, position, strength training experience, muscular strengths and weaknesses. Participants learn proper lifting technique and develop basic strength, which can then be converted into power. Older athletes will learn more complex lifts such as cleans and jerks; but unlike the high school setting, they will work 1 on 1 with performance specialist to ensure they perform each movement correctly.

When you train with All-Star Sports you will achieve a higher level of overall athletic performance. By training on the Super Treadmill, we can lengthen and quicken your stride, making you faster and more agile with improved recovery times. Plyometrics, footwork drills to improve balance, agility, endurance and vertical jump, will boost your body awareness and the ability to move quickly and explosively.  With an increased confidence of your skills and an improved body composition, combined with 4 levels of training to encourage growth, we provide everything you need to reach your maximum potential.

The average athlete’s results for our Speed and Agility training program are a 2-4 inch increase in vertical jump, a 50% reduction in recovery rates, and a decrease of .30 of a second in a 40-yard sprint.

Unlike many training facilities, which cut costs by utilizing larger groups, we believe that small groups or one-on-one attention is the best way to maximize your learning potential.  When you train with us, you have the distinct advantage of being one of no more than 5 in a group.

This program is for ages 12+ and is a standard 6 week program at 3 times a week for a total of 20 sessions.
