All-Star Sports Training realizes the potential safety hazards of intense training programs and sport itself. Our initial evaluation session is designed to find biomechanical flaws, muscle imbalances, joint instabilities and faulty movement patterns. This allows our performance specialist to design a training protocol to correct each imperfection. When an athlete has finished our program, they can return to sport stronger, with less risk of injury.

High School Combine

High School Football combines such as those held by universities and athletic companies are becoming more and more popular. These are a great way to demonstrate your playing abilities to college coaches and recruiters from all over the country. In order to catch a coach or recruiter's eyes you must be at the top of your abilities and perform each drill better than the competition. This is your chance to earn a college scholarship to one of the best programs in the nation!

All-Star Sports High School Combine Prep program is based off the exact techniques we utilize to train today’s highest level collegiate players for entrance into the NFL combine. You will learn advanced techniques proven to lower your times and increase speed, power and strength. Just as in our NFL Program, High School athletes will have each and every drill recorded, then broken down utilizing Dartfish Video Analysis software. This enables the athlete to see what they are doing properly, and what they need to correct. Every movement in your drill techniques will be flawless, ensuring you get the absolute best scores. 

Program Overview:
3 sessions/week for 5 weeks (2 hours per session)
Speed and Acceleration Development on patented speed equipment
40-Yard Dash start position technique
40-Yard Dash acceleration technique
Shuttle Drill start technique
Shuttle Drill cutting and acceleration technique
Vertical Jump training
Bench Press Training (combine specific strength protocol)
Dartfish Video Analysis of all drills and techniques
Nutritional Evaluation / Consultation

The All-Star Sports Training Campus offers multiple surface types. As cutting, acceleration and technique change slightly from surface to surface, we are able to train you on the surface you will test on. It is optimal to begin this program 6 weeks prior to your testing date, allowing for 1 week of recovery and mental preparation.
