All-Star Sports Football’s first Quarterbacks Training Clinic was held on All-Star Sports Training Campus and proved to be a huge success. Former Houston Oiler and Orlando Predator Herkie Walls worked with receivers; sharpening routes, adjusting footwork and reading coverage. Denver Bronco’s Defensive End Kenard Lang was on hand to speak with the athletes about the importance of preparation, his experiences in the NFL and answer questions. It proved to be a fun and informative weekend of practice time and team building for the Umatilla High School Baseball Team! Inside the indoor turf arena on Friday night, the students worked on “walk-through” defensive drills, and then relaxed with a movie. On Saturday, they were able to utilize the fields for practice.
All-Star Sports looks forward to introducing more teams to this exciting experience!
