Bob Minotti
Sports Performance Coach - Baseball
Bob Minotti played baseball as a catcher and outfielder at Mansfield State University, Division III champions. He was also a founding player of the Upstate New York Collegiate League.
Bob has actively participated youth Baseball and Sports for 12 years. He has worked as a Baseball Hitting Instructor and partnered in the creation of the “Stabilizer”, a scientifically proven training aid for improving hitting. Bob comes to All-Star as a coach for our AAU travel baseball program, and a baseball performance coach. He will leverage his experience in youth sports and baseball to develop and enhance our athletes as they develop their athletic prowess and how this enhancement will transfer to game skills and their individual athletic growth. Bob will not only aid any and all athletes in game preparation and skill enhancement, he also develops baseball specific training programs and camps.
Bob currently uses his entrepreneurial spirit in his work as a Sports Medicine allograft consultant and is seeking his MBA from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business. He currently resides in DeLand FL with his wife of 26 years and 5 children.
Jeff Shaw
Sports Performance Coach - Baseball
After gaining his B.S. from University of Florida, Jeff attained his Masters in Educational Leadership from Florida Atlantic University.
Jeff has had a successful coaching career having taught athletes at all levels. He served as St. Edwards head baseball coach and brought them a district championship, and as assistant coach to the Sanford Mainers of the New England Collegiate League and brought them a league championship in 2004. Jeff has seen many players successfully move to higher levels, many of which still play the game today.
Jeff will leverage his experience as a baseball coach at all levels to develop and enhance our athletes as they grow in athletic prowess and how that transfers to baseball. Jeff will work to develop training programs and camps for baseball athletes of all ages and levels.
Jeff is currently the Athletic Director of St. Barnabas School. Jeff is married to Michelle Phillps and resides in DeLand with their two children.
